The National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA) is pleased to announce that NFRA endorsed candidate, Ed Motley, was elected to the office of Sheriff of Edgar County, Ill. on Nov. 2.
Sheriff-elect Motley is one of 40 African-American conservatives who ran for office this year in a tidal wave reaction against Barack Hussein Obama's liberal policies. Ed is a retired federal executive corrections official. "Ed Motley would be a powerful candidate for statewide office in the future in Illinois," said Gene Koprowski, chairman of the Conservative Young Guns Committee, and immediate past president of the Illinois Republican Assembly. Motley was endorsed by the Illinois Republican Assembly earlier this year.
NFRA congratulates Sherriff-Elect Motley and Conservative candidates and activists around the nation on this great day.
